I do love the Emma Thompson adaptation but this was a toned down, which is rare for TV and made it more grounded, if that makes sense. The cast are fantastic, apart from the actress who plays Marianne, i thought she was too much and actually not that good, but everyone else is brilliant.

I'd probably watch it even if Alan Rickman wasn't in it. As for delivery: bought the movie as used in a very good condition. Delivered today. The DVD doesn't have a single scratch.
